"Dinevi" was founded in 1989 and during the years it specialized in creation of investment projects, design, building and direct sale of luxury villas, hotels and residential complexes.
"Dinevi" was the first company in Bulgaria, who introduced the way for building holiday villages, the so called closed type, and they are the leadership in this market with more than one thousand apartments per year.
For twenty years the list with the finished projects became very impressive, combining hotels and residential complexes with the brand "Dinevi" all over St. Vlas, Burgas, Pamporovo, Sofia and others.
