The "Etara" complex is located right on the front line of the beach, just 350m from the modern yacht port "Marina Dinevi".
Because of it’s enourmous lenght, the complex is divided in two parts – Etara 1 and Etara 2.
It consist’s of several buildings and houses with apartments which are a part of the whole picturesque area, where 240 apartments and 6 family houses built on a plot of 20000 sq.m.
"Etara" is designed like the "Old Bulgarian house", where big balconies, narrow windows, wide eaves, wooden gates and stairs are forming whole picture. The inside composition is inspired from the ethnographic museum "Etara" situated close to the town of Gabrovo.
The complex offers: two swimming pools for adults and children, massage room, hairdresser, beauty salon, gym, shop, two restaurants, piano bar, parking.
The complex "Etara" was officially opened in 2006.
