The "Bademite" complex is located directly on the first line to the beach and only 300 meters away from the yacht port "Marina Dinevi". It consists of two buildings, which include 51 apartments. Access to each building is comfortable through lanes. Ramps for wheelchairs and children were built, where necessary.
The image of the complex resembles an old Bulgarian architectural style which is characterized by it’s large eaves, narrow windows, stone walls, wooden gates. The entire complex is full of natural greenery and exotic plants, which complement the local flora and make of settlement more interesting of its own type. The original composition of the water areas also contributes to the uniqueness of the complex.
